I’m Michele J Burns: a teacher, writer and lifelong collector of interesting questions, stories and slightly over-ambitious projects.

This is the home for the parts of my work that don’t fit neatly under one label: teaching, education, creative projects, reading, research, ideas and whatever else has currently caught my attention.

My fiction has its own home at Michele Makes Fiction where I write darkly funny novels about complicated women making questionable decisions.
